Richard served as Treasurer on Sidcot's governing body (Committee of Management) for several years at a time when his relative Stephen Morland was Chair. They worked closely with School Bursar Bill Brown and I was grateful for their support.
Richard was instrumental in saving the historic Claverham Meeting House from being sold. He and I worked closely over the past 30 years as trustees on the Claverham Meeting House Trust. Richard administered most of the Clark family trusts till just a few months before he died and will be remembered for working quietly, offering support to all when needed.
