Our ethos

When you join Sidcot School, you become a member for life. Our duty to care for you doesn’t stop after your final exam. This Quaker school may be small but comes with a rich history and a strong ethos; to inspire the next generation to live out the Quaker testimonies (of peace and conflict resolution, speaking truth to power, equality, simplicity and sustainability). We are a community of people (mainly old scholars) who choose to live out this ethos today. Join us in pursuit of peace and justice around the world.
