Hello, this is Koichiro Fueda.

I have recently graduated with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering (MEng) from University of Strathclyde. At the moment, I am seeking to start my career as a mechanical, materials, design, metallurgical or manufacturing engineer in the UK.

However, finding such opportunities in the UK at the graduate level is extremely tough for those without permanent residency like myself this year due to the recent immigration laws. I have been trying to get a role that suits me over the past 9 months, but I still have not yet found any role purely because of my nationality (I have had such occasions where I lost a job offer purely due to my immigration status).

If you or your business are kind enough to offer me an opportunity to grow as an engineer for next two years in the UK, please let me know through this forum, email (k.fueda@hotmail.co.jp) or LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/koichiro-fueda-b5863574/). Until September 2026, I am able to self-fund and administrate any associated visa requirements.

Please get in touch via email if you are able to assist me.

In Friendship

Koichiro Fueda
